I can't believe how great the customer service was in every area. From Geico claims adjuster, to the Manager of Cheasapeake Collision, to Enterprise Rental, etc . It was the end of the day, they all still were motivated, professional and reassuring. My car looks good! The commuincation was really, really good!

I asked a question of the representative handling my claim and never received a response. I am unsure whether the items i asked about were ever checked. I appreciated Chesapeake's friendliness and timeliness of repairing my truck, i am just hoping that it wasnt a rush job to keep the claim low at my expense. After getting rear ended, it seems the alignment is off as well, but i assume that wasnt checked either.
