The text messages are excellent means of communication. Just make it more accurate so phone calls would not have to occur. However it was a pleasure communicating with Julie regarding the updates. I have had my other cars repaired at Abra and have been satisfied with all the results. Thank you also for cleaning my car! Mario M

I appreciate that ABRA was able to take my vehicle while I was away for the holiday week. Since I didn't need my car the timing worked out great for my schedule. Everyone was very professional and curtious. Liked having updates sent to my email while I was away also. Will glady recommend their services to any of my friends.

The work was terrific! I can not tell the repairs from the original. I particularly enjoyed working with Mary Voss, your manager.
