Three items made the experience less than satisfying.
****. The promised completion date was not met.
2. The price increased (only slightly) because a part in the original quote was not available. (Why put it in the quote originally?)
3. The email status comments were worthless. Things like:
"Your Ford repair is underway! No worries! The repair process is coming along nicely."
"Your Ford is happy here! Why? Because we are taking good care of it until it comes home."
"We are nearing completion. The last mile is the toughest! If there are any delays, we will call you."
None of this provides any detail or estimated completion dates or times. No useful information.

You guys are just the greatest. I have to say that the conceit of insisting on all 10s versus any 9s on any future questionaires is irritating. The wait time in picking up the vehicle (10 minutes) was minor which would have rated a 9. Awfully good but not perfect (a 10).

When told a time that the vehicle would be finished, it would be appreciated that the time is accurate. I was told 9:30 in the morning and when I called, it was changed to 11:30.
