Well I have had my car fixed by you 3-4 times and my SUV once.
After this time I may not be coming back. I can't believe how much over spray is on our windows. we came to pick up the car on Thursday and had to leave it. It would be nice to get a cleaned vehicle after doing business with you.

My only personal contacts were with Alison and Jason. You've got two keepers. They were both wonderful to work with, very cordial, very pleasant--just nice to deal with.
The repair was done as expected, the wash was nice, but whoever cleaned the windows on the inside used an oily rag. I guess you can't have it all.
Overall, a job well done.

Jason in Brookfield did an exceptional job keeping us informed, answering all our questions and representing your services. When the weather is in the 90s and high humidity, give the man short sleeve shirts that are thinner. I think the first contact lady was Julie. She also was exceptional in knowing the business and was very efficient in handling the intake and outtake of the cars. She has excellent people skills. Both contact people were wonderful to work with.
