Lack of communication delayed repairs. I believe the majority was due to receptionist Karena. My claim was filed on 15 February with insurance. Repairs were not performed until 10 April. Some of the delay was due to my scheduling probably two days out of each week. However, most delay was caused by the communication chain being broken on Abra's part. Other delays were because the parts were not ordered when they should've been. I had to ask three times for the seat to be ordered. (???) The receptionist forgot to ask me for my keys when dropping off vehicle for repairs. Also, the same day, she forgot to have me sign the release forms and asked me if I could communicate through email while I was doing gardening. There was still glass in the map pockets of the door panels when I picked up the car. I will not be returning or recommending this repair shop to anyone. There will be no need to contact me to discuss anything as I have already explained my dissatisfaction with the services and lack of attention to customer service.
