The repairs are good. The license plate was not on when I got there. I had to ask for it to be fixed. The repairs took way to long and that is what is so discouraging about the service. I drove my truck home yesterday and now it shakes and the engine makes a weird “bunk” noise that these 2 things have never done before. I feel like my truck was only looked at on the surface and not as a whole. So yeah I’m dissatisfied.

Perfect repair as always! Suggestion! Offer a discount of some sort for returning customers. Even though this repair wasn’t an insurance claim, but a cosmetic change to the front end of my 2015 Acura TLX that I just bought. It is still under full factory warranty, but I didn’t like what the front end license plate did to the looks of the car, because it totally spoils the craftsmanship and edgy look of the front end. Further, it had been done by an amateur, who simply drilled holes for the front plates since no place is given or even little indents to indicate exactly where it belongs. I saw it once under the passenger side front lights! Bottom line, the repair came out looking like nothing ever existed there and the front end now looks like it was meant to. Over the years and at least 12 visits to Abra, with 6 different cars, over the last 10 years. Beginning with a new 2007 Acura TL, 2 Honda Accords, 2 Toyota Avalons, and now this one. My favorite car of all. You have a loyal customer for life. Despite the fact I could have gotten it done for MUCH less, I just couldn’t be sure as to how it would turn out. Something I have no such reservations about with ABRA. Do you need someone for a commercial? Here I am, a 66 year old man who wants only to get what he pays for, and be totally confident in the service. Well I have gone on too much, but just wanted to pass on a couple ideas though. As a Veteran I am often at the VA hospital and have recommended your shop. Your itemized break down of costs impressed them and were surprised that your prices were definitely competitive with others except for Juan Diego working out of his garage at home. Throw out a military and/or Veterans discount and you will get loyal customers, who will send their wives to you for any needed tepairs, while in deployment to Afghanistan or Iraq. We keep lists of those businesses that do. Especially when relying only on disability pay, which for 100% disability is only about $15 an hour. Anyway, thanks again for a job well done.
