I was impressed with the whole process. I was expecting it to be aggravating, but I found staff courteous, thorough, and efficient. The work was done well and quickly.
One minor complaint: on the morning after I brought my car in, I received a text message that read, “Update: Hi Matt, your Honda is happy here! Why? Because we are taking good care of it until it comes home. Abra Auto Body Repair Of America.” This is cute, but it’s not an update; when I saw the text notification, I was eager to get some new information but was disappointed when there wasn’t any, so the effect of that particular communication was negative rather than reassuring, which I’m sure is what was intended.
Overall, communication was excellent, and I’m glad I went with GEICO’s recommendation. Quick, convenient, thourough, and high quality.
