car had couple of dents which the service team agreed to repair but last 2-3 weeks, some reason or other the dent guy is not there or communicated to me that he won't be there when he was actually there. overall i expected better service. i got the car new from your dealership and thats why i got it repaired there.

I only have one concern I wasn’t updated as often as I would like the first time I Used Friendly Chevrolet they updated me every three days with a email or a text. What a great service and professionalism was awesome

No am not satisfice Because they crash my truck during an oil chache visit they supone to fix ir but now the radiador Stars to léak and they told me that esa because of the miles etc but all this Stars sence the crash i want them to take responsability and fix my truck because sometimos problems star to aper after crash and that is my case

The repair went four days past the expected date and all I got was an email two days after I was supposed to pickup my car stating the delay of the repair. I called sometimes twice a day from the day before the anticipated completion to the day actual day of completion, and no one called back. The only reason I got a detailed update, is because I drove up to the repair shop. Andrew was my point of contact and the where I left all my voicemails. But when I showed up at the shop and asked why he never called me back with more detail, he basically fake blamed the other guy in the office, asking him why he never called me with an update. I'm not stupid, and I immediately recognized what he was doing. I'm over it now and I don't need a call because there really isn't anything you can do. The car is fixed. But just to be clear, the two automated email was not sufficient. The communication was terrible. Ulonda H

Friendly Chevy provided the worst customer service and this is in regards to both the service and collision departments. My car was in the shop for almost 2 months! This was for minor repairs! I am completely dissatisfied and deeply regret choosing this location for the work!
