Millard did everything he said he would do-- he kept me updated on a weekly basis. Car looks good-- only see one piece of bumper trim that did not push in flush--you can see a small gap-- but Millard told me that would expand and pop in with warmer weather-- I believe him. If not he told me to return and he would look at it again. Car looks great-- I am hoping to not have to return for a long time. Thanks.

My only disappointment was that once your shop was contacted by the insurance company that they accepted liability for the damage, I was not contacted by your shop to order the parts and schedule my repair; I had to initiate the call.
