I really liked the entire ABRA experience, I liked the way they carefully checked my car in, how they detailed what work was needed, and what that would consist of, expected cost, how many days needed for completion, and then kept me updated via text messages as the work progressed. I felt like my car and its repair were in capable hands, and the end results of the repair were wonderful, the damage is gone and the Mercedes looks great, vacuumed out and smelling good upon pick up. A+ job.
