Erwin was outstanding and after meeting with him, I decided to go with ABRA due to feeling so comfortable with him. If it had been anyone else, I may not have chosen ABRA. Especially since I had to wait from 8/14/2016 until 9/21/2016 just to have the truck worked on. Once the truck was dropped off and I started getting updates from Erwin, I knew I had made the right choice. Thanks Erwin!

Cooling fan it's continuously running after car shut off which is never been an issue before I'm wondering if something was disconnected or not reconnected obviously a problem . We will be contacting them tomorrow to see when they can pick the car up and fix it as were unable to return it

What was quoted as a 2 day repair turned into my car being with your company for 9 days. Communication was minimal, my car was not a priority. I am satisfied with the repair itself, but not the length or customer service.
