I think the need for 8 days to repair mm y car rather than the estimated 5 was at least in part the result of overbooking. I also think the text msg updates are utterly ludicrous - my car is happy?? Please, that is moronic.

Not being from this area I was kind of concerned with not knowing any of the body shops in the area. I was overwhelmed with the kindness of the staff, and how efficient they where with my vehicle.
