Abra auto body in Franklin was very accommodating. The staff was very nice and friendly. They did a wonderful job of fixing my car and provided me a loaner until my car was done. They communicated very well the status of my car and worked with my insurance company diectly. I would highly recommend ABRA Auto body and glass for repairs.

The Abra team really went out of their way to make my Jetta look brand new after my two accidents. The body technicians have a real eye for detail. Al Immel, the service manager, put me at ease with all my questions and concerns. He is very knowledgeable about cars. Sue, the receptionist was friendly and helpful. Hopefully I won't need to be back at Abra for a while, but in the event that I would, I know that my car and I are in good hands.
