Was told just before 3 the car was done and if we didn't pick it up today we might be charged. I left my job early seeing as my husband had the rental 30 miles away and could not leave work. I thought I was told 24 hours, but I didn't have the paperwork with me and was afraid of getting changed. So I left work early, drove a long time and figured our rides for my children only to find out we absolutely would not be charged. In addition al told me he'd give me a quote on the damage that was not related to the accident. Lost profit. That being said, your office staff, especially Sue, is amazing!

There aren't words to describe how kind Sue and Al were. It's been a long time since I interacted with people who are so genuine and provide such great customer service. I couldn't help but overhear some things that co-workers said to Sue while I sat in the reception area. It became clear that she was going through the loss of a loved one yet she was so friendly toward me and we talked about recipies for the holidays in the recent newspaper. As a nurse, I see people going through this too frequently, but she did it with such grace. I would never have guessed she was going through such a difficult personal situation based on the professionalism and kindness she showed me. I felt as if I had family looking out for me and helping. They were both always happy and so pleasant. Just to make things even better, the work on my car looks fantastic. I got it back beautifully repaired (and much cleaner) than when I dropped it off. I really can't say enough positive things about the entire experience. I didn't have to worry about arranging a rental car, the communication from Al and the text messages were so nice! I will refer this company to everyone I know.
