The level of customer service I received at Abra was outstanding. I too, work in the service industry and the staff is amazing! Throughout the time that my car was being serviced there was constant communication, giving me updates on the status of their work. Once the work is completed they notified me immediately and my car was ready and extraordinarily clean upon picking it up. Specifically, Kathy and Sue were extremely helpful; they made every step of this process stress-free by coordinating the work that needed to be done as well as the arrangements with the rental car company. They thoroughly explained the paperwork that was required for my signature and were always courteous, friendly and greeted me with smiles on their faces! Overall this was one of the best experiences I have had in a very long time… Please thank everyone for me!

I quickly found an imperfection in the paint. It was quickly fixed. It should have been seen with even a quick inspection.
