Mike Sangster and the technicians at Abra we’re fantastic- kind, explained in depth what was going on and what they were going to do, and the work was completed in a day! My car looks brand new and I’m so happy with the work that was done. I’ve already told my family to go to Abra if they ever need any work completed on their cars.

John kept me up to date on my car, and I thank him for that!

Shannon was amazing. She kept us informed and went above and beyond. She also got our Jeep back to us much sooner than expected.

They have repaired my vehicle on 3 different occasions. Each time they become more amazing on how they continue to put Customer service and auto repair at a high level of satisfaction. Thank you Jeff Blanks and ABRA employees for running a high level and quality repair facility!

Doug is the best. He kept me informed on how things were going and assured me anything broken would be fixed even if it wasn't on the adjuster's list. Your front desk girls are very good also.

3 work orders were completed on Lexus GS350, Collision on front, bumper/rear left and right rear repair. All repairs were excellent. Abra Agent provides great updates/detailed report on allall 3 processes. Missing the front lisence plate holder and a tool out of trunk to the spare kit.

You guys were great. Shannon landsfield is the best!!! Promote her!!

Shannon needs a raise!! She is a rare find Energy. Accurate. Pleasant. Committed to satisfied customers. I told her i had a horrible experienc with a competitor. They probably rated a two. If tens max she gets s 20. She brought all the workers together and had rveyone on the same psge. I only noticed one thing. The mechanics dust was still all over the roof of the van. Of course there is no is that would’ve been there but Shannon is probably about 5 foot three and I’m sure it’s just something she couldn’t see. LOL. So whoever the tall guys are on your establishment you might tell them to help her out and look at the roof before they ship out a car. But really that’s pretty picky. I wouldn’t tell anybody that. I’d recommend Shannon as the go to coortinator one hundred percent Matter of fact you can use me as a reference for recommendations for specially if you have a tough bitchy customer.

I forgot to add to my post to you guys, I’m the one who told you about the date of completion of my vehicle kept getting pushed back and the money I lost out of because it’s my work vehicle so now I’m about to be homeless and vehicleless. You guys also broke my door and I had to come back to get it fixed. Big time incompetency.

The process of working with my insurance and the discrepancies between USAA and Abra were at times difficult to manage but Mike was professional and helpful through the entire ordeal. A few things I wish Abra would have explained better but overall satisfied
