Great job

Auto generated text messages do not always work or at least in my situation. The insurance policy was in my Mother and Fathers name. My Mother’s car was hit at Baptist seats Hospital while my Father was there a month ago. He never left there as he passed away just one week after someone hit my Mothers car in the parking lot there. This there has not been any changes yet to the insurance policy as far as the names. Now to the point. For a week and almost daily the text I received have been “ Hello John blah blah blah whatever the msg was about. But I am not John, John her husband died a month ago and I am her son who took my Mother to help her get her car repairs taking care of. So you see why now these auto generated text messages from policy holder names do not always work. Simcerely and sadly, My Father Son, Keith

Everything was great except I had to air my back passenger tire when I got home. It was at 24.

Outstanding customer service from reception to scheduling to initial estimate and through repairs. Check-in and check-out were both great. And I greatly appreciated the staff's support with getting my rental car and allowing me to drop off at the shop when I picked up my vehicle. Outstanding communications from my customer rep, Tyler. I knew exactly where my repairs were at all times. Repairs were timely and look great. Thanks for doing everything possible to make a difficult task as easy and user-friendly as possible!

The Abra team was amazing as always. Not only did my car come out good as new, but I got regular updates on exactly what was happening, so I was never unsure of what was going on or how much longer my car would be worked on. Tyler was super friendly and helpful, and walked me through every step. He made sure I understood everything and answered any questions I had about the car or the warranty. I cannot thank Tyler and the rest of the team enough, they’re always so pleasant and made the process super easy and painless.

I am extremely pleased with the service I received. Aaron was fantastic with everything he did to make sure my repairs were completed quickly (early even) and communicated with me so that I was in the know every step of the way. I didn't realize how thankful I would be for Aaron and the team that helped get my car back into pristine shape!

Excellent service-good communications—car looks great.

An extra hole and longer screw could have been used to stabilize the door mirror. It has 2 of 3 attachments installed. Not an OEM, but an adjustment could have been made.
