Abra has always done a great job. This location is my favorite. Courtney Martinu is the manager. She is very easy and pleasant to work with. The whole team is great. I live in Bartlett and have an Abra location closer to my house but I always pick the Cordova location. The people make it a good experience and they do great work!!!

The repair work is really good. Lauren my customer service rep communicated with me frequently and regularly about the status of repairs, any delays with materials. I didn't have to wonder about what was going on. The process, work done, friendly and courtesy of staff kept my ok.Thanks

I appreciate that the team got my car finished before the projected date so I could go out of town on a long planned trip. They went above and beyond to make this happen.

Your shop was so helpful from the second I walked through n the door. I was having trouble securing my rental car, and your office took care of the problem and made sure I had a ride to the rental agency. My car was in the shop for two weeks and I received daily updates on the progress being made on my repairs. Last, but not least, on the morning I was to go pick up my repaired car, my house had lost power because of some utility damage. This made it impossible for me to get my car out of garage. So, I called to tell them I would come whenever my power was restored. I had ended the call, when about **** minute later I got a call back from ABRA saying that they were sending someone to my house to help me, so I wouldn’t be stuck in my garage. I mean, who does that? This ABRA shop did. I hope I don’t have any more accidents anytime soon, but ABRA would be my 1st choice and I will highly recommend to anyone who needs auto repairs!!
