My first interaction with ABRA was when I spoke with Sheila in the Cordova office. She was incredibly helpful and was able to find a time that was convenient for me. The day I dropped off my car, I met Elizabeth who was to be my point of contact during repairs. She was incredible! She communicated thoroughly at every step of the repair process. She even assisted me in contacting the insurance claims adjuster when there was an issue regarding my rental. Elizabeth truly went above and beyond to make sure that my experience was spot on! This little lady is worth more than what she gets paid!! Thank you ABRA for taking such great care of me and my car.

Thanks to Mary Franklin for such a great experience. I am very impressed with the customer service I got from her. What I liked most is that she worked with me to minimize expense but I got such a great quality job. ISO 9000 type service from your technicians, even for a small job like this. If I ever hit anyone I'll recommend they come to see Mary and her team. She's that good.
