It was an excellent experience! The staff were all very professional and very kind. The repairs were done quickly and looked perfect! They even washed and vacuumed out my van. I was very impressed with the entire experience!

Ronnie was terrific to work with! He kept me informed throughout the whole process, answered all my questions, and I felt that he really cared about me as a customer. My car was ready earlier than expected and although only one side of my car bumper was damaged from the accident, the entire bumper was cleaned up of cosmetic nicks for no extra charge and now looks brand new. Ronnie also came to pick me up from Hertz when Hertz was short staffed and I had been waiting for a while. He let me know that Abra could clean up my front bumper as well if I wanted to get a quote on that, but did not pressure me in any way. Thank you Ronnie! Alicia at the front desk was also friendly and helpful.

Brian, Mrs. Linda, and Alicia are ALWAYS GREAT! This was my first time working with Marvin and he did a FANTASTIC JOB! He communicated as needed and my car looks GREAT! I refuse to take my car anywhere else because in my mind they will not treat me like ABRA! Thanks so much guys!

My experience was the worst possible experience that a person could ever imagine. I have never in my entire life had such an extremely horrible experience repairing my vehicle. I was so dissatisfied that I refused to accept my vehicle 3 times. The problem initially started with Abra repairing my vehicle with substandard parts and they thought that this should be acceptable. They overlooked repairing the car underneath the vehicle, they brought my vehicle back and it was filled with shop dust all over the vehicle, there was tape on the driver side on the rear panel, the Ford decals were not replaced on the back of the vehicle. There was a scratch underneath were the spare tire is located. I recognized all of these insufficient repairs after I was informed that my vehicle was ready and had been repaired. I was not compensated for my terrible experience with Abra. The only thing he said was “I am sorry”. I just can’t believe that this is the example of excellent customer service. I am beyond disappointed with my experience. Finally, everything was corrected after 3 attempts to repair my vehicle except the scratch.

I was kept completely informed of the repair schedule. I picked it up today. No problems so far. Marvin Bullard was very helpful in explaining things. I also give a HUGE SHOUT OUT to the TWO LADIES at the front desk. They provided excellent service. They were very friendly and customer oriented.
