Joe at the Service King on South 1st Street in Austin kept me informed during the repair of my car. He also filed insurance supplements when the insurance had authorized substandard parts. This was a big relief to me, as my car had sat for three weeks unattended at another well-known repair shop before I had it towed to Service King. My thanks to Joe, who I will gladly refer to all of my friends.

Joe texted me on Thursday & said it would be ready that evening. Based on that, I made an appointment for appliance repair the next afternoon. Then he called late Thursday & and said it would be finished Thursday late & I could pick up the next day. Then when I texted him at 10:30 on Friday (based on his call), he did not respond until after ****:30. He needs to quit speculating & quit over promising & under delivering. BTW--the work was great & I got it when originally promised. His well-meaning, but inappropriate, communications made the entire experience less than optimal.
