Service King South 1st - Austin

The only negative feedback I have is to maybe just work on relating information better. I got different finish dates via phone calls and texts so just making sure they say the same thing would be great

I have unfortunately been involved in 3 accidents in the last two months. While this has been a terrible experience, my Service King contact, Fernando Trejo at SK#92 on S. 1st in Austin has been fantastic. Service King has made a terrible two months much more bearable. And the car repairs have been great.

Bobby and the staff were absolutely fantastic! It's so nice to deal with honest people. Bobby took care of everything and kept me informed of the status. I was very comfortable with the whole process. If I ever need work done again I will definitely go there and I would recommend them to anyone I can!

Everyone was friendly, I received several updates on the status of my repairs and was able to pick up my car earlier than initially anticipated, which was very helpful. My car was very clean inside and out when I picked it out and smelled like a fresh new car. While there were a couple items that needed to be adjusted after initially taking my car home with me, the staff very promptly set to work addressing these issues immediately on my second visit and I was quickly in and out again.

The customer service was good but I will say this location said my car was a little dusty on the outside because of nearby construction. My car had like three layers of white construction dust on it that made it filthy. Yes they offered to rinse it off before I left but the other location I went to before wouldn't of even let the car be shown w that filth on it. Makes the end product presentation not the best. I had to still scrub some of the white dust off the car because the water made it stick to the car.... which didn't help me see the repairs since he car that hit me was white and had left white paint behind. So freaked me out for ankm there. But Also the last location put air in my tires and I left with low air in them. I hate to nit pick but when I know what can be done I expect that at all locations.

I loved that I was updated about the repairs every two days (or so.) it was super nice to know what's going on with my car at all times.

Bobby and Daryl did a fantastic job taking care of not only me, but my car. They treated me like a person and did a tromendous job explaining things. Including me in the initial inspection was a surprise, but I greatly appreciate that they did that. I was able to understand everything they were planning to do. Getting my car out in a timely manner was a huge bonus. To be honest, I wasn't expecting them to be finished so quickly. Picking up my car was a breeze; Richie, I believe was a his name, laid out everything they did when I did pick it up. He explained everything in great detail, made sure all my questions or concerns were taken care of, and made the whole situation a lot more comfortable. I will defiantly be recommending this station to everyone I know, regardless if they need their car to be fixed. Thanks again for the service you provided.
