Good communication, done ahead of schedule. Last time I had body work done there several years ago someone offered a ride home which was nice, but getting done ahead of schedule is a bigger deal to me than taking an Uber.

I hate to complain because the staff was so friendly, but the repairs are flawed. The replaces fender is visibly misaligned. I tried giving them a second chance to tighten it up, but they said they can’t do any more because the bumper should’ve been replaced and insurance wouldn’t cover it. So my car, which I’ve owned less than a month, will annoy me whenever I look at it. Unacceptable.

I appreciate to prompt attention to my car repair needs and the courteous manager who thoroughly explain the work repair! I also appreciate the frequency of the text messages that kept me informed of the status of the work on my vehicle. I am most pleased with the service I received from Service King!

The service was great. The people were friendly. My automatic trunk opener does not work. A tail light doesn't work. And the front emblem is coming off. This happened that same day I got my car, took it home and inspected it more closely. Also, there is a rambling noise on the front. The manager told me about the rambling noise and that they did not have. Mechanics so for me to take it to a mechanic shop and if the noise was part of the impact, service king would work with the insurance to get it repaired. I'm taking my car back to service king for them to fix all the issues I mentioned here. Not completely satisfied.

They went above and beyond, Jamie tried to get me a good rental from Enterprise, Bobby was very helpful and y’all washed and vacuumed my car which was very appreciated.. was so happy to get my car back 4 days earlier than quoted 10s all the way!!

Even though it was due to unfortunate circumstances, I really enjoyed dealing with Service King on S. 1st St. Bobby kept me well up-to-date and informed through the entire process and was very helpful when it came to looking the car over. Unlike most other services from other businesses where it takes 2-3 weeks to get something repaired - they had it done and back to me in roughly 5.5 days. The General Manager, Richie, went way out of his way and was willing to do whatever it took to ensure that I was happy. Again, if I ever need work again, they’ll be the go-to, Thanks Guys!
