I was told it would take 2 weeks. With holidays, it took almost 6. If I had been told that was a possibility, I would have waited. They did cover the rental past the 30 days that my insurance didn't cover. My portion of the rental, however, doubled because of the delay. The repairs themself appear to be quality.

no one seems to know where they went.
A lso when i picked the car up the sensor
that’s about tire pressure was lit and said i
hada flat or low pressure. You could’ve filled

Took way too long for repairs to be made. Took it in Dec. 26 got it back Jan. 10. They quit texting with updates the day before it was finished. I had to call them for updates. The day it was completed (almost a week later than promised) I received a text and a phone call.
In sunlight, I see that the scratches are not buffed out as said they would be.

Worst service I’ve ever received. Wanted to try a different place that was more convenient to where we live. Normally, we take our vehicles to Capital Collision in Austin. Service King in Bastrop took over 6 weeks to complete a fender bender. Never received a call. I had initiate all calls. Each time, there was an excuse as to why my car wasn’t done, with a promise that someone would call the following day (which never happened), and a “just one or two more days until your vehicle is ready” type of call. After 6 weeks, we finally go into the shop (and see my car) and realize that NOTHING has been done that was promised. We had been lied to each phone call. We have never been more disappointed in the service and most definitely will not return. Ever.

The vehicle did not have an alignment problem before the accident. Whether or insurance was going to pay for we should have been made aware before leaving with the vehicle. On the other hand I thank you for taking care of it after the fact.

Vehicle was delivered a week later than originally promised. Nobody really seemed interested in finishing on time and I just kept getting excuses. I had to rent a car the last week just so I could get to work. I would appreciate reimbursement for that. Otherwise, a good job was done on the repairs.
