My service king representatives already know why I am not satisfied with the experience. Way to long, way too little communication, not able to give reasonable time frames. The automated updates were incorrect and rite, not real updates. Perhaps the new manager will be able to fix the problems but I don't know how I will ever know that.
Now, everyone was courteous and the job itself rates a 97 percent. But you asked if I was completely satisfied and can't say yes.
