On a scale of **** to 10 my satisfaction level with ABRA is about 2. They had my car from February 6 until April 7. Repairs were not completed as scheduled and when they were completed, they were substandard. After I was told the car was ready for pick up I found that the carpet had been burned with welding splatter. I pointed this out along with dirt, bare spots, and a large run in the paint, a reconditioned wheel that was mot correctly done, a new chrome trim piece that had what appeared to be sandpaper scratches on it. The first "solution" for the burned carpet was to paint over the burn marks. The paint didn't even match. It is hard for me to accept that a technician would think that was an acceptable "repair" or that a manager would approve it. I will never recommend ABRA to anyone and in fact will suggest to anyone needing auto body repair that they take their vehicle somewhere else. There is no way ABRA can make me completely satisfied after taking so long to repair my car and trying to pawn shoddy work off on me. I was given a 100.00 gift card by the facility manager "for gas money" and the district manager took 250.00 off my deductible. 350.00 doesn't change the facts or my opinion that ABRA's management at the Macon Georgia facility is incompetent and the technicians there perform substandard work.

It was greatly appreciated that Jennifer offered a rental car for when the repair was going to take ****/3 longer than expected as we were having other car issues. The staff was professional & courteous.

Staff was friendly, professional and helpful. The building was clean and comfortable. My only complaint is that the repairs took a lot longer than than estimated. I don't know how much of that was in their control though. Had to wait for parts, etc. Otherwise, I was very pleased and the repairs look like new ! I would definitely refommend them.

I was very impressed with the service i recieved. Everyone bent over backwards to help and were extremely friendly. I had a wonderful experience!

Oops didn't finish my comments but like I said very pleased with the work done on my Camry and outstanding customer service provided by all the staff members I dealt with but in particular Jennifer Daniels was by far the most courteous, professional and knowledgeable manager I've had the pleasure of dealing with. She went far and beyond the minimum satisfaction guaranteed policy proffered by this company. She and her staff are to be commended for making my visit there a highly pleasurable experience. I would highly recommend ABRA to anybody for body or glass work. Thanks:-)

They exceeded my expectations. I really hadn't expected my vehicle to be repaired as fast as they provided it. They were very professional and kept me in the loop from the very beginning.
