Quick and paint work was amazing

All personnel were polite, competent, and efficient. Car was repaired in less than 2 days! Very good service.

The people are nice and Amy up front is the main reason I came because she was super helpful on the phone. The car looked decent when I picked it up but I immediately noticed the hatchback wasn’t straight like it had looked from the accident. I asked the manager to check it and after waiting a long time he looked at it. He apologized for the wait and took it back and adjusted it. I left and that evening when I went to leave work, the backup light didn’t work. I checked the paperwork and it was one of the things they replaced. I called the next morning and was told to bring it in for a ,hopefully, easy fix. So all in all, they are super nice and apologetic but they need to focus on the details before saying a car is finished. I feels like they’re just rushing to put things put back together and not paying enough attention to detail.
