Very disappointed that no one told me that I was expected to pay part of the repairs costs until after the repairs were done and I was told the car was ready to be picked up. A very unhappy surprise that was unexpected and not budgeted for. Your rep blame it on the insurance company and the insurance company rep blame it on your rep. While someone needed to tell me before the repairs, and I believe your rep should have told me as you are the ones requiring me to pay you before I can have my vehicle back. If I was told this before the repairs were made we could have handled this differently, but it is too late after you made the repairs. Your rep said she could not do anything for me, but if she had done her job and gone over the repairs and their costs with me, before the work was done we could have addressed it at that time and there would be no unpleasant surprises. Your rep did offer me her apology, but her mistake still cost me money. So how can a customer be completely satisfied this scenario?
