ABRA was amazing superb outstanding!!! They repair my car beyond my expectations!!! My car came back clean and looking brand new. The valet rep was awesome, Dave was extremely sweet and informative to all my concerns. I truly was clueless on which shop to pick for my repairs but trust I have ZERO regrets on picking ABRA, thanks to everyone who assisted with repairs ;-))

Every one was very professional and polite. You have a team that enjoy their job and helping others.

We were very satisfied with the work and how the whole process was handled. The employee's were great! My little fiat (Bart) was made beautiful, once again.

Only downside is that the estimate was for 3 days but actual repair took 5 days. But I do like how Abra kept me informed of repair progress

First of all the whole experience from beggining to end was beyond my expectations! The text message system where I kept getting constant updates to my work were a magnificent and fast way for me to know what was going on and how long did I have and etc. besides the texts I got some phone calls but they mostly went to my voice mail, because I mostly cannot answer my phone but sure can read a text ;) when I arrived the front desk lady greeted me with a very genuine smile and started helping me out. Andrew Sheard, came out an told me a little about the work he had done and than Doug walked me out to my car and went over every single detail! Phenomenal service, staff and experience! Thanks for making this unfortunate situation an easy one to deal with. I'll be hopefully not needing your services soon but when the time comes it's to you that I'll be back ;)

Everyone at Abra treated us and our situation with the utmost respect and concern to which we greatly appreciated. Their constant communication kept me abreast the entire time they had our vehicle --even over the holiday; that's customer service!

AMAZING! the staff was such a pleasure to deal with. Vicki ensured my car was done correctly and quickly. She was also the kindest most knowledgable person out there. Had my car back in no time and even used the valet service which brought my rental car to me at work and picked my car up and brought it to the shop. Highly recommend them to anyone!
