Amanda had an attitude towards me. I had made an appointment 3 weeks prior to my taking the car and the day I took it she told me the car won't be worked on because I brought in at 3.30pm. The appointment was in the computer why couldn't anyone tell me before? And her Ways of communicating to a customer sounded like being blamed. I definitely wouldn't want to experience that again.
