The staff is great especially Joyce and Gerald. Very friendly and extremely helpful. They kept me updated every step of the way. The drop off and pick up process were very smooth and simple. I got my car back much sooner than i expected. The experience couldn't have been better!! Thank you guys so much for everything!!

Abra has one of the most professional and friendly staff I've ever dealt with. They were very prompt and precise on getting my car to me in a timely manner. They took care of me as if we were family. Never felt better about leaving my car for repairs. My husband totalled his truck and I did front end damage to mine...and Abra in Lavergne TN took such great care of both of us especially under the circumstances that both of us were dealing with repairs. The repair time was unbelievable. Brian **** and Gerald made every effort to make sure we were both informed and pleased each step of the way. We will most definitely recommend these two gentlemen and the Abra team to anyone needing repair work done. We couldn't have asked for a better outcome from what we thought was going to be a long drawn out challenge. Needless to say their work was flawless! My car was spotless when we picked it up.
