I’m disappointed with the work done to my car. The reason im disappointed I received a call on December 31 someone stated my car was ready for pickup and that I could come pick it and if I didn’t I would have to wait til the ****/2/19 to pick it up because Abe’s would be close on the ****/****/19. I was okay with me picking it up on the second the problem is my car wasn’t really ready. I was about to drive my car off the lot and my windshield had something like residue on the windshield well they half way cleaned it so I had to turn around to take my car back to them to clean it then I started to drive to wrk realize my projective screen it’s working and my lights on the inside of the car isn’t working with either. So I will have to take my car back to them because my car really wasn’t ready. Abra has had my car a whole month and it’s not fixed up to what the claim to do. It’s not fixed like manufacturing. I feel like I took my car to a shade tree mechanic.

Everyone was nice, professional and courteous. It was a great experience from beginning to end.

It took longer than expected because of the holidays but everyone at Abra in Laverne was nice and helpful.

Everyone I dealt with there from the time I walked in were friendly and efficient,contact was made throughout the process and the work was completed in the time frame given; I would highly recommend them .Thank you for a job well done!!

I don’t think I have enough space in this comment section to paint the picture accurately of my experience with Abra. It would be easier to explain things on the phone to a representative. Long story. In short, communication was lacking. If rly I had to constantly call Abra for updates regarding my repair. I don’t think I had one phone call from Abra regarding my repair that was not a return call from my original inquiry call. The whole process has been a small nightmare. AND I still do not have my car back!! It is still not fixed correctly and in an Abra shop. Still. Call me to discuss further. ****-****-xxxx

Thank you, Abra, for taking such good care of my Honda CR-V and for doing such a beautiful job w the repairs to the rear bumper area. The new paint job on the damaged areas looks good as new. Very satisfied w excellent customer service all around from Shawn and Joyce.
