Jasmine is an absolute ROCK STAR!!!!!! I had an appointment on April 6th at 3:30, and was in a huge rush because I had another appointment at 4:30. I was really frazzled, and was just preparing myself for the waiting game I experience everywhere I take my car. Jasmine was waiting there, smile and all, and saw how all over the place I was. She was so calm and friendly, and got right down to business. She inspected my car, called Enterprise to pick me up, and I was out of there in 25 minutes. Yes, 25 MINUTES. I cannot believe the service I received from her, Dawn, and the team that worked on my car, who definitely exceeded my expectations. Jasmine called me with updates, told me exactly the amount I owed so there were no surprises, and my car was parked OUT FRONT when I picked it up today. It was SPOTLESS. It looked like nothing even happened to it. What just happened???! I have never wanted to fill out a survey in my life, and I was asking Jasmine when I was going to receive one so I can rave about her, Dawn, and the auto body team. This was the best service experience I’ve ever had, and if anything ever happens to my car, I know exactly where I’m going and who I’m calling- ABRA Auto Body & Glass in Buckhead, and JASMINE!!!!!

Justin was GREAT! My car runs like new. I am very pleased with my decision to go with Abra and I would recommend them to anyone. The staff is super friendly and professional, Justin did an awesome job keeping me updated with the repair process and completion date, my car was ready in no time.
