The repairs on my Lexus ES 350 were completed a little over 30 days ago. Today the bumper came apart again as if it the damage was not properly repaired. I will be calling to request that Abra take a look at this issue.

Did not repair my main issue and did a sloppy repair job. Highly disappointed.

Great service

Our initial customer service representative was great. During the time our car was serviced she left and the person taking care of her cars was so rude and unprofessional and it took me days to get an accurate account of wtye status of my car. When I finally got my car “back” I had to take it back because your top of the inspection the seat belt clip was inside the seat making it impossible to wear the seat belt on the passenger side.

Raven gave stellar customer service. My battery was drained after picking up my vehicle and died out. I spoke with Raven she immediately gave me options on how they could assist. I was able to get a jump from my location and returned my vehicle home. Raven stayed in contact with me throughout the entire process even ordered me a brand new battery. The next morning I still was unable to start my car back up, I called back and was frustrated but Raven was patient and efficient. She offered her managers assistance and Brian the manager jumped in and sent Travis to my apartment, within the hour and installed my new battery on site. Travis even offered me a fee car wash when I come back for follow up service. This team made my day and I was able to carry on with my schedule for the day. I will definitely use your shop in the future and recommend friends. Raven, thank you again your service was Stellar and thank you so much Abra!
