Repair was not complete at the time of pickup and this was never communicated to me, either during my phone calls prior to pick up nor during the 45 minutes when I waited at Abra for the car to be brought up on the day of pick up. The damaged bumper was not replaced and had deep scratches at the time of delivery. The representative first attmpted to just have it buffed out, and only when this was unsuccessful admitted that the intended replacement bumper was on backorder and would not arrive until a week later. I would either need to bring the car back or have someone from Abra retrieve my car to have the bumper installed. I am a busy medical professional and this would be a major disruption to my work day. Aside from the inconvenience, the lack of communication until the very last minute about a incomplete repair is very disappointing and erodes my confidence in Abra. I have used Abra before and my first experience was much better.

Unfortunately the time it took was extended due to a mix up with different vehicles of the same type in for repair.
Abra have been very good at providing me with a rental vehicle for the extended period and giving me a reduction on the repair costs for a new muffler.

The repairs to my car are exceptional. The staff was very courteous. The only thing was that I was told different days as to when my car would be ready. I was told it would probably be ready on Friday. It wasn't. Then I was told it would be ready on Monday. I received an email on Saturday stating my car was complete and I would be contacted on Monday morning. No one called and I had to them. I was told my car was not ready and they would get back to me. It was ready Monday at 3pm.

Nearly a week after I dropped the car off at Abra I found out they lost my key. I was out of town at the time, so I was unable to get a spare to them until a couple of days later. I was told they would replace the lost key but when I picked up my car the person who handled my checkout didn't know anything about the key. She went back and talked to the service department and they said they would get me a replacement. It is the only main key I have and the spare is only a valet key. I also noticed today that there is a loose wire hanging from underneath the front end. Not sure what it's for bc my hood won't pop open anymore, which it used to do just fine. I will bring it back in today if I can.
