My repair took much longer than expected, and while the manager tried to compensate with a discount I'm still not happy with the overall experience and I would not recommend this shop.

Abra is by far the absolute best in the business! The customer servuce, the professionalism, the consistent contact and updates about my vehicle were first class service that I've never seen with any other company. I would recommend Abra to anyone I know! I love my vehicle, it actually looks exactly like it did the day I bought it brand new! Dave and Josh rock!

In the 8 years I have been in PTC, I have been hit 3 times. Each time I have brought my vehicle to Abra. I keep coming back because of the incredible customer service & great work you do on my vehicle. This time, I especially appreciated the help initially when I came in after the accident... The insurance company couldn't get a hold of the person who hit me to claim liability so a couple of the employees voluntarily bolted my bumper so that I could at least drive home until they could reach the responsible party. I thought that was going above and beyond! Also, I appreciated the daily updates. My vehicle was at Abra for 2 weeks so I didn't have to wonder if my van was getting worked on and where in the process the van was at. Lastly, every time I came into the office, I was attended to promptly and professionally! The front office lady (I am so sorry my mind is blanking on your name right now) and Dave both especially deserve a "shout out" for their excellent customer service! Thank you for making a "bad" situation into an easy, hassle-free experience for me!!!!
