ABRA did a great job! Mark Stecher explained everything so well and kept me updated on the enite process (before, during, and after). The work was done in just 3 days and the work that was done was of great quality. The car looked great. The office staff was even friendly and assisted well at all times. ABRA even made sure I was all set with the rental car company and the rental car company also gave a discount for using ABRA.

Abra in PTC did a great job repairing my 15 year old Suburban & in keeping in touch with me regarding their progress while I was awaiting its completion. Everyone was also extremely curteous, professional, & polite. Nobody wants to be involved in a collision, but my 15 year old car was returned to me looking almost like new!
