I have already told MANY people how very impressed I was with your personal and total customer service. EVERYONE with whom I spoke was extremely helpful, encouraging and kind. This was my first experience with such an event so their understanding was especially comforting to me. Your communication via e-mail updates and status reports was STELLAR!! the repair took longer than expected but the car is older and they tried to find used parts which turned out to be not possible. Before they ordered new parts they called to ask permission and gave me a price so I could decide. Great service.
