I was completely satisfied with my experience. Rachel was prompt in setting up appointment for us to bring car in for the appraisal. She helped me with getting answers from the insurance company. Everything was done within the time frame she gave me. She and the staff were very pleasant. I really liked receiving text messages on the progress of my vehicle. Completely satisfied with my experience!

The service was great and the employees were very kind and courteous

From the damage assessment to the repairs, everything was completed in a timely manner. I was kept updated every day or eveey other day on the progress of repairs. Nothing but respect for everyone at Legacy Collision. Great work! Just watch out for bolts and screws on the floor. Minor tire issue, panel securing screw found in tire. repaired for free. Again Great Job to everyone!

My experience with legacy Chevrolet was awesome Rachel Napier really did an awesome job of taking care of me from the time I stepped on the lot. She inspected the vehicle for all damage then came inside and tell me what the parts will cost then she called rentaprise to ensure that I had a rental car and kept me updated throughout the whole process via text message I dropped the car off on Monday and it was ready for pick up on Thursday but I couldn't get to it until Friday but once I picked it up everything looked fine I once again was explained everything and additional supplementary things that they found that was also taken care of I was shocked when I stepped in to find out that they detail the vehicle from top to bottom front to back looking like it was brand new from day one when I bought it .I hope that I will never have to use this type of service again but if I do I would choose legacy Chevrolet thank you Rachel
