Norma was a big help and with any questions or concerns I had with my repair. She also stayed in contact with me thur the whole process and when I arrived for pick up my car she seen me and quickly greeted me and went to get my car while I finished my payment. Yes and no. Had some concerns that were unrelated and not addressed. Felt good customer service and length of time the vehicle was there the issues may have been dealt with also. Busy schedules limited time.
