Great service. This is my second car that has been repaired here.

I was treated with the best of customer care the staff and everyone were great and I give them twenty stars if I could so anyone needs their car repair I strongly recmend ur services to them anyone needing their services go that extra few miles I live in the elkton area I bought my car from the ford place in elktonnon rt 40 I won’t take my car there for any type of work or services they do not respect their customers Ithats why I took my vehicle to carman I now wish I had bought my vehicle from them they know how to treat their customers so I’m very happy with giong those extra miles it was worth it to me I take my hat off to carman ford keep up the good work u guys made me feel like u actually care whether I the customer was happy about ur services so thank you again if I ever need or anyone I know might need ur services believe memo sending them ur way. Word of mouth is worth more then ads I won’t even take my car up to my local ford dealer it’s a lot closer then Carmen but I care how people treat me no doesn’t matterworried about being closer I don’t care I’ll go where I feel comfortable thank u again keep up the good work everyone I camed in contact with was very helpful and nice to me

Was satisfied with the quality work done as it was a pretty easy job. But totally thrown back by one of the adjusters disposition when asked for old car part. I left feeling embarrassed, insulted and not valued as a paying customer.

I would like to thank Carmen ford collision care very much. My Chevy malibu needed to be complete in a quick time frame after the whole hood the whole front bumper and pretty much everything inside the front needed to be replaced after my husband backed up into it with his Jeep. They stayed late and called me to keep me updated as to what was going on with my car. As a nurse I need to be able to egg to work as needed so not having a car was hard but they fixed my car in 3 days and it looked brand new. I also would like to thank Krista for doing everything she could to make sure my car was finished in a very quick time frame but also making sure nothing was looked over. My car looks amazing and I high recommend Carmen ford collision center for any worked needed to be done. Again thank you guys more then you know.

Kind, polite people even though i was late to my appointment they still took their time to show me details of the repair. If i ever require their services again they will be my only choice

Was told it would take 3 days and it took 16 days. Otherwise it looks great. Very satisfied.
