I felt that to replace a non painted bumper and bend an exhaust should have been no more than **** day. I had the bumper off and back on in 50 min and I'm not a professional auto mechanic.

I was extremely dissatisfied with the services I received from Carman. The repair took longer than I was initially told and I was not updated about the status of the repairs in a timely fashion. During the repair process my windshield was cracked and needs to be completely replaced. I will not be using Carman's services for any future repairs and I would not recommend their services to anyone else.

The passenger headlight had to be replaced. I asked for them to replace the other one so they would look the same and also (for safety reasons) shine the same at night. This unfortunately wasn't done. I am happy with the rest of the work completed.
