Please give a reason when the pick up date keeps changing. When you say it will be ready,because someone is coming in especially to complete the job, please inform the customer if you know that is not going to happen

Lack of communication . I received text message updates stating my car would be ready on October 31 however one the 31sy my car was not ready . I tried calling serveral times to find out what was going on and I got the run around and was told Patrick waould call me back . I never heard from Patrick . I called my adjuster and she had a difficult time reaching anyone via the phone . I was very disappointed In the communication. I understand delays happen but they need to be communicated . The only time I heard from Patrick was when my car was ready despite calling numerous times and being told he would call me back .
