Car was ther almost 3 weeks. When I went to pick it up it was a rainy day. First thing my daughter notice when she went to leave was one windshield wiper didn't work. Went back into the office and instead of getting the expected concern the office cow stated they were not near the windshield wiring and they would have to call progressive to see if they could fix it. I just left I was not going to take the car. Come to find out it was your fault because after replacing the windshield one wiper was not hooked back up right. It would have been no big deal if it were not for the way your employee so quickly washed their hands of the problem and didn't want to help in the situation. Also there are scratches on the car that were not resolved. Also don't tell me your waiting for the car to get out of detailing when the steering wheel is grease along with the dash and the out side was not washed well at all. You don't need to wash it just to lie about it and say you did. I will never give carman collision anything but bad references. I can't wait to blog about it. It also wouldn't hurt if you were more of an advocate for the customer with the insurance company. There inlys the problem though you consider the insurance company the customer not the owner of the vehicle. So I will be sure to call progressive and tell them about the service I received.
