We had a terrific experience with our van repairs! They were extremely accommodating with our schedule and gave us a fair price considering the quality of work that they do! We travel 23 miles from Westchester because of their High Quality of service that they provide and will continue! We have also used your body shop for our Lincoln Navigator several times as well!!
We now Love their new "texting program"! It's fantastic!! Will tell all of this!

Next when you gave a person a date of expectations of completion and can't compete it. It would be very polite of your staff to contact them. I was unaware that I had to wait on the car being expected by someone before I received it.

The car looks beautiful, just like the last time, but I still have a couple of issues. The little nick we found and the window has air seeping through. They offered to fix it and help me with a car so that is much appreciated!

on the day of pick up, the car was presented to my husband still not 100% fixed. After my husband indicated so, the car had to be returned to the floor 3 times before it was finally fixed and available for pick up
