The staff is Amazing! They give you 100% customer service. Even though my car was hit really bad, I can honestly say my car looks like a brand new car! Thank you Carman Ford for an amazing job!!!!

It was a job well done! You would never know that the car had dents and scratches on it. The person who did the body work and painting did a great job. When I walked around the front of my car I saw a spot of paint chipped off the front bumper I overlooked when putting in my claim with Encompass Ins. When our mirror got broken I found some debris in my next door neighbor's yard but I didn't realize it hit the bumper first. I asked Jake if he had any touch up paint and next thing you know Mgr. Guy Salvadori brought out some touch up paint that was close in color and dabbed some over the spot for me. Then when I started my car my service engine light was on so I went back in to ask Jake what it might be because I didn't want to break down on my way home. Guy and Jake were kind enough to have one of their mechanics check it out for me and found that the battery was weak. When we replaced our car battery we were not aware that a code needed to be entered into our system, which the mechanic entered for us. So not only was my husband and I happy with all the work done by your Team, but we were also appreciative of your Team going the extra mile ensuring I would get home safely. Great service.

It would be considerate if the technicians returned the driver's seat to its original position when the car is ready to be picked up. I am short and find that my feet don't reach the pedals and I am sitting a mile away from the steering wheel when I start the car.

I was apprehensive at first, I've never had damage to my car repaired. I was completely satisfied, the communication was great, and the work was even better! My car looks as if nothing happened and somehow it was cleaner than it was when I dropped it off! Extremely happy and I'm already reccomending Carman Collision Center! Thank you!

There was a run/drip in the clear coat. The rest of the process was excellent. Paint or QC needs to check the work better before customer delivery.
