Parts where not completely installed. Inside was covered in dust. Wrong lights installed on interior rear door. License plate bracket front bumper was not installed. Parts for rear license plate were missing. I also feel that Jeep should have been detailed in and outside. Jeep was to be complete Friday the 14th. Then was supposed to be complete the 18th. This whole time I was unconvinced without a car.

I was very unsatisfied with my experience. I was told when i dropped off my vehicle that this process was going to go smooth and quick as they were not backed up. However that was not the case, i was very patient and very understanding. I would not recomend krista to any one. She is either not in the office or she has left early. When i did call with either a question about the apraisal or to find out when my car will be done i would speak to a cheryl she woukd take my message and my phone number for krista and i would never receive a call back. I would have to call back multiple times to talk to krista. I was very disatisfied when i called to verify my car was complete as it said it was online but instead of a straight answer i was given the round about. Lauren was extremly helpful and very pleasent. Lauren went out of her way to figure out what was going on with my car. Krista called me to tell me my vehicle was ready for pick up with a very nasty attitude. I was very surprised to see that lauren walked me to my vehicle and not krista. I will not be referring carman ford collision to any one nor will i return.
