The left fender on side is sticking out and will catch on objects like a car wash we pick up car and call you and you put us off in like 3 hours after we pick it up. We will be calling today and don't want the runaround just fix immediately.

My bumper is very loose on the car you can actually take your hand and move it up and down. I told the progressive estimator about it and he said a clip or two probably got busted or came undone. I told Mario about it and he said it's supposed to be like that. No, it is not! I will be calling your manager tomorrow and bringing my car back to you to attach the bumper correctly. Thank you.
