From the beginning to the end the team kept me very well informed on every step that was going to happen. I am amazed at the quality of work that was done on my truck and the fact that they treated me and my truck with respect says alot. When it comes to the time frame my mind was blown when I got the call that was truck was done in such a timely manner. Thank you so much to everyone that had a part in fixing my truck it is greatly appreciated.

The parking sensor on the left hand side was not clipped in fully, having been stuck behind the bumper. I noticed this the second I put my truck in drive and the sensor was going off like crazy.
Makes me wonder how it passed your "QC" check.
Also I'm disappointed that you just repaired the bumper cover instead of replacing it.

My Battery was dead and I had to wait 45 minutes for them to recharge a battery that was totally fine when I dropped car off, not to mention my heat was on high, my radio was on blast. a quarter panel was repaired in Fall with decent warm weather, there should be NO REASON for a dead battery unless my car was used as a radio,lights or something else rather than the repair. Drop off and Pick up was the WORSE ever!

Work itself was good, however not sure why my foot mats came back greasy. Apart from the driver side, the other 3 mats are new but now it looks like they've been used and have grease all over them.
Very puzzled and wondering what happened to my clean mats.

It was a Very pleasant experience! GREAT WORKMANSHIP !! Work was even completed earlier than projected. I explained an unrelated problem with our side view mirror turn signal lights and that it wouldn't pass PA inspection. The manager searched out an exploded parts list, printed out a copy and told me to come back and he would have a tech install them for me! Amazingly they were in stock across the street! I pick them up and Guy had them installed!!???????? The van was reinspected and passed! This is why we DRIVE 23 MILES FROM PA for this service!
