Your Collision Center does really good work. I had no problems and my Ford Explorer looks really good. They personal were really helpful and nice both in the beginning and the end of my work. I had a rental and they even took it back for me. Good Job Guys

Very professional team of associates that got me checked in, explained the cost (if any) after assessing the damage and put me in a 2016 Infinity SUV. Very thorough process. The individual representatives that I dealt with were amazing...even @ 7:30am.

Picking up the vehicle was a disaster. Representative at the counter needs to pay more attention to what she is doing and don't worry about about answering the phone. The customer is starting right there in front of her and should get her undivided attention.

I was not completely satisfied because they had to re do the customized srip along side of my car and when doing so all they did was half. Leaving the other half dull in color only because it wasn't on the same panel of car. I feel the entire strip should have been redone to match.
